The Amazing Northampton Run

Punk took the world by storm, leaving a lasting legacy that continues to inspire and provoke people today. The young people of Northamptonshire were as inspired by punk as the rest of the country - they formed bands, set up music and clothing stores and managed punk nights. This major exhibition follows the Punk: Rage & Revolution exhibition at Leicester Museum and Art Gallery and explores fashion, music, the local gig scene and much more.

Alison Goodyear, Michelle Keegan and Michael Evans are artists engaged in a collective exploration of ideas and enquiries pertaining to materiality and a diverse array of technological processes within our respective disciplines of painting, printmaking, and virtual reality. The collaborative works embody the synergy between the mechanical, the digital, and the handcrafted.

Tuesday 9January – Tuesday 13 February 6-7pm Northampton Museum & Art Gallery Be immersed in our energetic, dynamic, flow yoga experience, where a 270 degree projection of colour, film and music will surround you as you take part in this class. Led by experienced instructor Maz, her yoga flow classes are all about listening to your body and moving in a way that feels good to you. The class will be suitable for all levels and modifications and progressions will be offered. There will be an emphasis on strength and softness within poses. Classes are based on a spiritual or philosophical theme or focus that changes each week. Please bring your own yoga mat/towel and water bottle.
