by Dr Rachael Hamp of the Open University. Rachael is a chemist originally and her PhD was on determining geochemical  cycles in Enceladus' subsurface using modelling and simulations. Rachael is currently working on a post doctorate on making extraterrestrial ices.

We meet fortnightly to work on the society's collections, cleaning and sorting them and making databases to facilitate use of them. No previous expreience needed, all are welcome. Come and have a real "hands-on" pleasure with some fascinating objects.
