For this class we’re bringing you a wine pairing experience where wine is still the main character, but each wine you taste will be served with a perfectly-paired small plate, made by local chef Joe Thornton. And because we love a family affair - Joe’s Dad, and our fave, Richard the Wine Guy will be serving and explaining the wine to you. Definitely not one to miss! Check out the menu below... Beef Carpaccio served with Rocket & Parmesan. Baked Scallops with Garlic Butter, Samphire & Hazelnuts. Wild Mushroom Risotto. Crispy Crackling Pork with Chorizo & Cauliflower Purée. Friday 21st March 7pm to 10pm Cocktails anyone? Come and see how they're made...and taste a few.... If you love cocktails, this event is definitely up your street. It’s cocktail masterclass time. We are delighted to confirm that we are teaming up with MG Mixology, again to bring you a night of fun that (hopefully) you won't forget. You will have a choice of 3 cocktails to make and a sharing platter of delicious nibbles to soak up all that alcohol, at your table. Prices are £45 pp, although we do require a non-refundable £10pp deposit at time of booking. Don’t delay this event sells out extremely quickly.
