This invitation-only event will be screening a selection of short films to secondary school and college age young people. We're showing two films from the NFF 2025 shortlist - plus a selection of films chosen by our Youth Disability Advisory Board made by or starring people with disabilities provided by Oska Bright Film Festival, the world’s leading festival for films made by or featuring people with learning disabilities or autism. Sarah Leigh will take part in a Q&A after the screening of her film 'One For The Road'. All our venues are wheelchair accessible.

A selection of short films from documentary to drama, from Northampton and across the country, about people discovering themselves, celebrating their talents and finding their tribe. As well as the films, there will be a chance to discuss the films afterwards. The certificate of this screening is 12A. Doors open at 2pm. Delapre's cafe will be open throughout for refreshments. For the Coffee + Cake ticket, you can swap the coffee for tea or various soft drinks. A variety of cakes will be available on the day. All our venues are wheelchair accessible.

Join us on the red carpet at the beautiful Delapre Abbey to celebrate the start of Northampton Film Festival 2025. Watch a selection of films, from drama to documentary, comedy and animation, meet some of the filmmakers and also the NFF team. Each ticket includes a glass of prosecco (or a soft drink if you prefer). The Orangery cafe (with limited menu) and bar will be open throughout.
