Join us once again for this festive cookery class. Carmela will begin by showcasing a wonderful seasonal tiramisu, clementine and pear.
Then a super quick batch of cannoli shells filled with ricotta, icing sugar and mixed peel. One variety will be dipped in chopped nuts and the other in chocolate.
Carmela will finish by demonstrating to you all, some delicious Italian jam filled cookies that you will make and bake at home. She will also show you how to make her signature amaretto and cranberry Christmas pudding, you will all make this plump fruity pudding to take home and steam.
