Festive Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. Entry to each of the prize draws is restricted to one entry per family per draw
  2. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  3. The prize draw is open to Northamptonshire residents only.
  4. All entrants must be over 16 years and must not work for, or be a director of, Northampton Town Centre Ltd (Business Improvement District) to enter.
  5. Your data will only be used with to communicate with you if you have won a prize. Entrants have the option to opt in to receiving future updates by email about Northampton Town Centre BID events and Christmas Promotions. Your data will not be shared with any third party
  6. This Christmas we are giving away £2,000 20 winners will each receive  £100 each of gift vouchers to spend in the town centre businesses of their choice.
  7. Only fully completed entry forms will be eligible.
  8. Online entries will be entered into the draw to win one of 20 prizes of £100 worth of shopping vouchers.
  9. The prize draws will take place on:
  • 7th December
  • 14th December
  • 4th January
  • 11th January
  1. Winners will be contacted via telephone – three attempts to contact the winners will be made in the four days following each prize draw. Prizes not claimed will be reallocated. In the event of these attempts being unsuccessful the entry will become void and a new winner will be drawn
  2. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
  3. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. The 20 winners who are selected to win one of the prizes of shopping vouchers will receive 1x £50 of gift vouchers for their selected corporate retailer/business within Northampton town centre and 1x 50 gift voucher for their selected independent business within Northampton town centre. The expiry date for your voucher will be in accordance with the business’ terms and conditions.
  5. Winners will be given a maximum of 3 days to choose their preferred businesses. Vouchers will be issued within 2 weeks of the winners selecting their businesses.
  6. Vouchers cannot be issued in any other currency and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given if the full value of the voucher is not spent in one visit at the nominated store(s).
  7. Northampton BID is not responsible for the ability to redeem the vouchers
  8. Winners or their representative will be required to provide details for a press release and a photo to promote the prize draw.
